THE PROGRAM 

 

A nourishing 7-day Nutrition plan filled with fresh wholesome produce that will flood you with goodness. It will make you feel light and energised and get your metabolism firing to shed those first few kilos quickly - momentum is everything! We’ve carefully crafted these plans, probable inflammatory foods such as dairy and gluten have been strictly limited as we look to improve your gut health and kick start the liver detoxification process. It’s simple, it’s easy to prepare, easy to shop for, easy to follow and IT WORKS. Our programs come in both standard and vegan form. Also included is our +40-page recipe guide that you get to keep!

Fall Salad

We get you Moving with daily step targets and a morning walk ritual to clear the head and set up each day for a win! We provide a home based workout plan - incase you can’t make it to group training sessions, plus our 35 minute gym training guide with 10 strength-based workouts to choose from.

 

A simple progressive Hydration map is laid out for you along with key insights into the value of regular water intake.

 

We provide you with information on how to improve the most precious recovery and performance time you have - your Sleep.

 

To complete our all-round approach and to keep things ultra-positive throughout the course, we provide you with information and daily targets in three other key areas. Mindfulness, Gratitude + Organisation.
