In this type of training, you control the intensity and your results are limited only by your output. Start out getting a feel for the workout and build your fitness through increased work capacity, as you improve.

Group cycling allows you to burn as many calories as you want. More tension, more speed, more explosiveness as you take your body into unexplored territory.

 

• Low impact. 

A huge priority for people right now, is reducing the impact our bodies - and rightly so. Group cycling gives us all the benefits of a high quality workout without leaving your body ‘banged up’. 

 

• Sweat

When we train hard, a number of changes in the body take place. We release endorphins that make us feel good (that exercise high), we regulate cortisol leaving us less stressed and release powerful BDNF - responsible for neurological growth and repair.
